The
Citywide Training Center (CTC) is the central source of
training for New York City government and related City agencies.
The Center and its programs are part of the Bureau of Personnel
Development in the Department of Citywide Administrative
Services' Division of Citywide Personnel Services. CTC provides
training courses in the areas of workplace effectiveness,
communication, management and supervision, auditing and
procurement. Their facilities are located at 2 Washington
Street in lower Manhattan. Through agreements with the City
of New York, Hunter College employees may attend training
classes held by CTC. CTC charges a reasonable fee for each
training class.
