Q. How are sexual harassment complaints handled?

A. Two members of the Panel will investigate the allegations by speaking with the accuser, the accused and any witness of either of those people. After gathering all the information, the investigators will present that information to the President (or to the Dean of Students and the President if a student is the accused) and that official will determine the outcome. Both parties will be notified officially.

Q. What should be done upon learning of an incident of sexual harassment involving another person?

A. A member of the college community with supervisory responsibility must report to the Panel Coordinator any incidents of sexual harassment of which he or she becomes aware or reasonably believes to exist.
